Michelle Fox.(B.A.Counsellor & Psychotherapist, Supervisor, I.A.C.P. R.G.N.).

STOP Suicide was founded in 2004 by families who were breaved by suicide. We are a community, voluntry body that works to prevent suicide by informing educating and promoting positive suicide prevention policies throughout the west and north-west of Ireland. Our offices are located upstairs at the Beepark Resource Centre in Manorhamilton Co. Leitrim.

Our fully qualified Garda Vetted Counsellors are located across Sligo, Leitrim, Donegal, Cavan, Longford, Mayo, Roscommon & Galway. Each of the counsellors have their own counselling rooms available. We also have a counselling room available at the Beepark Resource Centre in Manorhamilton.

Michelle Fox

Michelle is the clinical director with STOP Suicide. Michelle is a registered general nurse where she worked in acute settings and accident and emergency in both London and Dublin for fifteen years. She is a fully accredited Counsellor, Psychotherapist and supervisor with the I.A.C.P and has been in practice for twelve years. Michelle was a tutor for community awareness of drugs and has given workshop and presentations throughout the country.

Education- B.A. Counselling and Psychotherapy, I.A.C.P accredited. Advanced Diploma in Supervision. Community and Primary Health Care in Health Promotion. Royal College of Surgeons. Registered General Nurse, North London College of Health Studies.
